They need heat signatures for the particle fissure sequencing to activate the system format for the biometric. No heat. System doesnt connect continues to run operation off crystaline. Character function only integrates with system when heat signature is present. However story line sequence continues with or without signature. The motion sensor activates when the heat sig is on, but narration software is automation. Nobody wouldve figured this shitout. if its always just automation. That means Heat signatures are active nearly 24/7 without biometric in city scale operation.
