Intercity travel to mountainous environments and skill set demand is based off popular demand and field understanding of the population With that being said the field population is a mutual respective understanding between the local populates and the job market.
However due to climate in atmosphere to the local region. The population can be orientated based off preferential treatment. Which in lie the problem we are dealing with.
Since most inner city jobs and skill sets are determined by skill set and attribute the position nin the local region deman is based off a rat race or marketing scam System.
Especially from inner city mentalities trying to re adjust their families into small regions for better understanding for children growth.
"What can we do to destabilize the animosity in dealing with migrational patterns in correlation to smaller regional developments between foreign and domestic relations?" Was the question.
So the eqaution follows as such
Rate of work
By skill set needed in region.
Skill set is dependent upon level
and the Rate of work is dependent upon resource system management.
Some regions. Resource system management has a native law. Which entails that the development of the resource development is only applicable if all of the resource is being utilized and the replanting of the regional establishment is enabled by the same methods.

HOWEVER this is not only expensive. Its not the outcome people want who usually run the system.
what usually happens is that the geode is comprised of a multi salinic attribute. After crystallization which enables us to reduce the use of the ore after liquification or redistribution of refinement. (Sifting/Siphoning)
Not impossible. Most people don't share native values.

BUT the main issue is Job placement in Corporate functions.

PRIVATE business owners in local regions do have the authority under their business to determine the working positions for their company. They don't have to abide by corporate in anyway shape or form.
Thats why its private.
Should expansion ARISE between INTER STATE LINES for Private business. Then unfortunately the Demands for those positions change. Its based off population demand if your are in INTERSTATE REGIONAL business.
Which means accommodation is to be provided. HOWEVER
this also falls into a Monopoly which is what these people typically try to avoid during these kind of circumstances.

in small regions are also a complicated situation because most are operated under a private venue or by a corporate police which has its population demands met for the regions.
Then theres working from home. OR in Resource Collection for Lumber or Textile.
Which is Where our biggest fucking issues is EVERYWHERE
Resource collection still falls under territory or Private property ownership. Which means. No Ore Mine. No resource collection. No Resource collection. That job doesn't exist.
Last option Move. Wrong town.
What if I can't move? and I am a Dependent upon natural resource development?
