then you use the left hand side of the folder to apply all the cards for the companies endoresements and partnered affiliate cards for requisiite.
Then You put in all the locations and phone numbers on the right hand side with the Person phone number or assistant that issued the packet.
Then you put the postage on the folder

Then you put the folder inside a Manila envelope folder with the same postage of direction.
Then you put that folder inside another folder with the same direction.
Then you Seal it.

Then you put that folder inside of a sleeve that has bubble wrap from the shipping company and wrap it in tape.
Then you apply the same postage of direction.

How many Postages and stamps should be on the folder?

First folder has 2 stamps.
Second folder has 3 stamps
third folder does not require a stamp

Does my main folder need a Seal or a lock for the folder?

Yes. It does. Whether string or bungie cord.
If your feeling insecure. You put it in a hard cover folder after the folder is created with a postage stamp.
