Manicure the placement. Set up the teir down garden along side. Side deck on the floor.(floating deck.)
Hallway connects to the side. Mount correctly. Make sure it doesnt sag. Have the underneather still accessible for lawn maintenance.

Put on the new siding the second week to keep everything uniform after placement.

only takes 2 trucks. 15 hours total setup time.   The tank is a 3 day job on the allocation sheet. Your going to have to remove the tank for the other one anyway. Second one behind the tank mounts directly to the florida room. Should be a direct bolt on. Steel the frame for the deck. Non slip. make the walkway pretty.

Siding is about a week or 2.  Afte that they'll be out of your hair.

3rd week bring in the pavers for the driveways. even smooth.  Should be around the same time the siders are finishing.


don't forget the drainage for winter conditions. Its a seperate order. Should be ona pallet. Drain is for winter. Goes straight to the gutter.

make sure its hidden.no ditch. Even with surface. little ditch. Not enough to fuck the car up. 45 degree slope 3 ft down max.

The garden in the back. Lay the new stuff. for the water drainage and put the new style fence to this region to avoid decomposition. Lumber here has a high degradation rate for some reason.
